"I just wanted to leave a review for the work I just recently had done on my garage door. First of all, Pam (Office Manager) was awesome in helping me get on their schedule when my warranty company dropped the ball and were unable to help me on the issue where my garage door would open by itself for no reason whatsoever. The technician Garrett came out to help diagnose the problem and he concluded it might be a circuit board problem and not a mechanical issue causing the door to open by itself. He repaired a bad sensor on the rail that had an intermittent power shortage from the builders bad wiring. He also replaced my head unit with a new unit a(Lift Master) that included Wi-Fi with a camera and speaker capability. This was a lot better than the old one I had for 14 years. Low and behold, I have not had any more involuntary opening(s) of my garage door. I will definitely have the other one replaced to have a matching set in the future. Garrett is an superb technician, he even came to check on my garage door panel and homelink connection on his day off, which was Sunday! Thank so much All 4 Season Garage Doors!"
